How are providers selected?

Every application is reviewed by hand by our team: identity document, right to work in Switzerland, certificate of liability insurance. We do not monitor profiles continuously: we check at the door, and we reopen a file whenever something is reported to us. What we check, in detail.

Am I insured during a service?

Yes, by the provider’s insurance. A certificate of liability insurance is mandatory at sign-up: we ask for it and we check it, and without it the profile is not published. That insurance covers damage caused on site during the service. Swigo is not the insurer, but you have nothing to ask the provider for: the “Insurance verified” badge says so on every profile.

When and how do I pay?

Payment happens online, securely. The funds are only released to the provider once the service has been carried out, so you never pay blind. See the pricing in detail.

Can I really choose my provider?

Yes. You compare profiles, reviews and rates, then you book the person you want. No provider is ever imposed on you.

What if I am not happy?

Every booking is on record and you can leave a review. If something goes wrong, our support team works with you and the provider to find a solution.
