What we are for
In Geneva, finding someone you trust for cleaning, a manicure or a haircut still runs on word of mouth: you ask a friend, who asks her neighbour. Where that network exists, it works very well. Where it does not, all that is left is chance, and the hope that the person ringing the doorbell is who they said they were.
On the other side, the same picture in reverse: serious self-employed people, registered and insured, spend their evenings reposting listings and chasing clients who have not paid.
What we are for is replacing that chance with a Swiss marketplace: profiles vetted before they appear, rates shown openly, and a payment that only moves once the work is done. The client keeps the last word on who comes and where, and the provider is certain of being paid.
Three decisions taken before the first line of code
- Vet by hand, even if it means growing more slowly Three documents are required before a profile goes live: an identity document, proof of the right to work in Switzerland, and a certificate of liability insurance. Without them, the profile stays offline. A short, vetted network beats a directory nobody has read.
- Never assign a provider No automatic matching. You compare the profiles available in your municipality, their rates and their reviews, and you decide who comes, and where.
- Protect the money on both sides The amount is held when you book and released once the work is done. The client is not paying into thin air, and the provider is not chasing what they are owed.
