Booking a service

Yes. You compare profiles, reviews and rates, then you book the person you want. No provider is ever imposed on you.

Every application is reviewed by hand by our team: identity document, right to work in Switzerland, certificate of liability insurance. We do not monitor profiles continuously: we check at the door, and we reopen a file whenever something is reported to us. What we check, in detail, is public.

In Geneva and across the municipalities of the canton, from Carouge to Meyrin, Vernier to Lancy, Onex to Bellevue. You give your postcode and the list only shows providers who travel to you. Every service is available across the canton.

It depends on the provider, and the information is on their profile. In beauty and hair, they come with their own equipment in the vast majority of cases. For cleaning, some bring their vacuum and products, others use yours and charge slightly less. You can agree it before booking.

It depends on the availability shown on the profiles. A haircut or a manicure can often be found within the week. For end of tenancy cleaning, allow two to three weeks: month ends, and above all the end of March, June and September, are in very high demand in Geneva.

Every booking is on record and you can leave a review. If something goes wrong, report it before the funds are released: they stay held while our team looks into it with you and the provider.
